Footwear Warranty
The legal warranty is valid for a period of 24 months. The warranty refers to defects in materials and workmanship.
However, the warranty does not cover those resulting from improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural loss of color and material due to time, stress or intensive use.
If a BILLY Footwear product has a defect after inspection by our service department, BILLY Footwear will repair or replace the product with a comparable model at the discretion of the technician.
Handling of complaints
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase from billyfootwear.de.
- Repaired or replaced products will be covered by the remaining original warranty.
To process a warranty claim:
- If you purchased the BILLY Footwear product through an authorized retailer, we recommend that customers first try to get their warranty through that authorized retailer.
